This hotel is having renovations done. The first room we were put in smelled so musty and had a smell of urine. The carpets need some cleaning. I wore white socks and they were dirty this morning. The elevator was not working and was kinda rough going up with a disabled person. The staff was very nice.

The property is undergoing remodeling. The workers were there at until 11:00p., and the exit doors were propped open, making the stairwell area open, and the customers vulnerable to anyone walking by. Very unsafe. No elevators available. All guess had to take the stairs to the second and third floor. Remodel started on the third floor, which were loud and very inconvenient to the customers that were trying to sleep at 10:00p. We were a guest of four, and only given three towels, no blow dry, no trashcan.

Worst hotel visit of my life!

Horrible! Choose ANYWHERE else! Elevator broke (handicapped family member present). It was evident that this building had sustained some serious water damage. Dumpster out to the side of the building with old rolls of carpet, doors propped opem from the outdoors, carpet rolled up and spots of evident molding, smelled of mold, ceilings leaking. Key cards did not work for multiple rooms, staff unhelpful and dismissive of concerns, ultimately checked me out before I could actually get into a room even though I did explain there were a lack of hotels nearby due to the tournament we were in town for. Never received follow up from management, and refund took an entire week to process.

The hotel is very convenient spot. I didn’t like the fact that we were there two days and the elevator was broken the room wasn’t as clean I found medicine under the bed and candy on the other. The bathroom had some cracks. The shower head was being hold my a rubber band. Breakfast options weren’t a lot.

Property was under construction, elevator was not working and we got a room in the third floor. Our room didn’t have a night stand nor a telephone so we got to go to the lobby to ask for more towels. One thing that we liked was the hot breakfast and the staff working at the dining area was very helpful

Will not stay again.

Elevator was not working, and no alternative accessibility was available. Some of the walls literally have holes. The hotel was under construction, and they propped the side door open, compromising security. The breakfast was, well they don't use real eggs. The pool was not clean. There are giant lights in the front of the hotel that flood the room, even with the curtains drawn.

It was just ok. Being remodeled with is understandable. But side doors being propped open by construction workers at night doesn’t seem safe. Rooms definitely needed updating and a good cleaning.

It wasnt the Holiday Inn Express im used to. Its like it was a cheap hotel and they judt stuck Holiday inn Express on it. The elevator didn't work. It was super hot on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was real good.
