Expedia should not list this hotel while it is going through major demolition and construction because they opening a new one around the corner. When we drove up the front entrance was taped off, the sign and front facade were removed the place looked like it was being demolished. The construction dust was unbearable inside. I had booked two rooms for my son’s graduation weekend. My elderly mother traveled from Florida to see her youngest grandson graduate from college and I had booked hers and my rooms. When we arrived I was told that Expedia unfortunately did not advertise the construction and that I could cancel my reservation. That was the day of graduation and no tee hotels in the area had availability. This put a terrible damper in the celebration of what was supposed to be an enjoyable family gathering.

The hotel was under construction and in a terrible mess. The room had no working tv or phone to call the hotel. The shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head to clean yourself. My husband went downstairs and no one was attending the front desk. We move into a net room finally. Overall experience fir the hotel was a level 1.

This hotel was renovating the entire lobby space. After figuring out we had to go to the side door to get in, and locating the front desk through all of the mess, there was no one at the front desk. Someone finally showed up at the front desk. Construction workers began making quite a bit of noise by 7:45am this morning which was Saturday. I’m glad we were just there for one night and didn’t need much, because it was hard to find someone working there. The front desk employees were difficult to find.

Paid full ratebfor a property that was indegoing a complete renovation. The property was not presented at time of booking as undergoing a renovation. The reservation desk was covered in dust at time of check in (9:30 pm). The room was dusty and the hallways had construction debris covering the floors. Will never stay here again.

Rooms are being renovated. We were given a newly renovated room however there was no bar in the closet and the shower took a very long time to get warm. Also the curtains were screwed into the top of the window pane without any way of opening the curtains.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was under construction and that was not disclosed. The room had some upgrades but also had some very old parts including carpet and sofa. There was no hot water and AC had one speed. Positives- room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine worked.

The hotel is in need of updating and repairs. They charged a "FACILITY FEE" of $9.95, not sure what this is for! This was not included in the Expedia pricing. The staff was friendly. The lighting in the room is very dim and tv stations are limited. It is difficult to make up the sofa bed. There is a strong chemical odor in the hallway and room.
