So disappointed, starting with AC not warming (we arrived at 40 degrees), then found a dirty sock under the covers in our made-up bed, no warm water from the shower, no body wash in the shower, and above all - a black hair on the border of the bath tub (I am blonde, and my husband’s hair is very short, the hair was 5 cm). That this luxury cost us $300 night. On the next day we were moved to another room - with proper AC and warm water, but noisy neighbors next door, who managed to attract the police and ambulance at 01:40 a.m. And all this without mention of the drunk man with an escort in the afternoon before on the corridors. We stayed at this hotel before COVID and loved it…will never visit again.

The resort was clean with friendly staff. The area is convenient with restaurants and shops near by. My only complaint was the noise between the lobby and construction that started before the sun was out.first.floor rooms

I would definitely stay again and the surrounding areas have food, sightseeing, scooters to rent, bikes to rent, did I mention food! Right on the water and I had a water view which was worth the upgrade. You can walk down to the dock and rent a boat feet away from the hotel. Free Coffee in the morning! Overall a nice hotel for the money.

We recently stayed in the Penthouse Suite. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing, overlooking the bay and marina with floor to ceiling windows. It’s only a few hundred yards to all of the restaurants on 5th Avenue. Friendly staff upon check in. We’ll definitely be back soon.

It was a wonderful location with very friendly people at check in as well as outside at the bar! Just need to be aware the rooms and bathroom is very small, was hard to move about.
