This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

This was my first time renting a private home for our vacation stay, so I had lots of questions! Mrs. Marion made herself available to answer each and every one! She even offered to drive over and let me in herself when I 🤓 couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox. Everything we needed during our stay was there! This home lacked absolutely nothing! When we did have to go for groceries, etc., we drove 9 minutes to Publix, which had a WalMart directly across the street and a Walgreens just around the corner. It was quite charming, very clean, comfortable and very relaxing! The neighborhood was very quiet and kid friendly! My sweet grand babies wanted to stay forever!!! My family will definitely book this home over and over again!!!

We had The Best time. Glad we were able to nook thos cottage gor only a few days. We were just passing through this area. We've stayed on Cape Coral before but this area is so much nicer. See you next year, but then for at least a week.

Perfect Getaway

This house and location were perfect for our Spring Break Vacation. The house had absolutely everything we needed including a wonderful private pool out the back door. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. It came with plenty of beach towels and beach and pool accessories. The property manager went above and beyond our expectations. Bonita Springs was a lovely place to visit along with warm sunny weather and delicious food.

Great Bonita Springs house rental

The house was clean, well equipped, fairly spacious. The pool was great, especially with the water heater. Nice outdoor living area. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t have much in the way of needs. The property is well located, near: Publix, Fresh Market, Walgreens, the Royal Scoop and a number of restaurants, Bonita Beach Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve. Would highly recommend!

I wish I could give this property and host more stars. My husband and friends spent a wonderful two weeks in Bonita Springs. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect. A quiet neighborhood that's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plus, we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our host was exceptional. She checked in to see how we were doing. When I mentioned the fabric on a lounge chair had ripped, she quickly replaced it. Service above and beyond. I'm dreaming about my next stay!

Great Getaway Week

My Wife and I enjoyed this property as part of a mini Vacation retreat to warm weather. The venue was just what we were looking for. Property and amenities were perfect for our stay, with the pool (which was pre-warmed for us by the host), which we enjoyed immediately upon arrival. The property was located in very quiet residential area, which was amiable for long safe walks. It also was centrally located around many quality restaurants, shops, supply stores, and a short distance to the beach. Communication was very easy with the host, and we stayed with confidence that if we had any issues they would be addressed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Fantastic Host Preparing Me for Milton

I had the pleasure of staying at the Charming Beach Cottage in October 2024 for a vacation/business trip. The hosts were fantastic to work with. Prior to my check-in, Marion messaged me to get water and gas and prepare for hurricane Milton. My plans change quickly due to the hurricane and Marion was great to work with. We communicated a lot for the next couple of days preparing for Milton to hit. Marion provided great hurricane advise, as I am a hurricane rookie. I was blessed to have a host so invested in my safety as well as that of her property. I was not able to enjoy the pool, the reason I booked this property, due to the weather, but it was a fantastic set up. The pool was clean and a great size. Plenty of pool toys and beach chairs in the storage room. The house was clean, well stocked and just comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. An easy drive to beach, groceries, restaurants and North Naples. I enjoyed my stay and will return when Mother Nature isn't as angry. Wonderful house and WONDERFUL hosts. I booked this property because of the pool, but will return because of the house and Marion. Thank you again.

FGCU parent visit

This is a great little cottage convenient to FGCU/Naples etc. We only needed 2 BRs but families traveling with infants would like to know that there is a 3rd bedroom with a REAL crib (not a packNplay) along with the larger bed. We spent most of our time by the pool, both in the sun and the covered shaded area. Backyard is on the south side of the house, so sun is in the pool area all day. Plenty of bed linens, towels etc. and kitchen was well stocked - even though we didn't cook - plenty of options to order via DoorDash and short Uber ride to Ruth' Chris for a nice dinner with our daughter and some of her new friends/teammates at FGCU. 5th Ave in Naples was about 20 minutes for an amazing Sunday lunch. Very convenient to the potential necessities - Publix, CVS Pharmacy and Dunkin are a 3-minute car ride away. The ONLY issue was getting into the lockbox - ask Marion to send you the video before you arrive. After watching the video it was super easy.
