We arrived late evening (11?). The front desk clerk (Eric) was cleaning up a small spill in front of the coffee bar. He had nothing to say and never acknowledged our presence—even when he went back behind the desk. It literally took ten minutes before he said the first word, “What do you need?” I said, “We have a reservation

The parking lot was not very well lit, and lots of trash all around. The room smelled like feces and the beds weren’t comfortable. When we arrived there was only one bath towel in the room. My son got stuck in the elevator because the door wouldn’t open for over 5 mins. When i told the front desk he didn’t do anything and just said there’s nothing wrong with the elevator. Also the pet policy states very clearly $25 per accommodation per night. When we were packing to leave the manager came to me claiming I owed an extra $150 because it was per pet per night. Overall very negative experience and will not come back here

Needs a face lift

The bed was comfortable, but as far as the bath towels -they had a bad smell like they weren’t cleaned (smelled like another persons body odor). The room had a funky smell to it and the bathroom needs a face lift. The pictures online are deceiving.

I have previously stayed at this establishment without encountering any issues regarding pests. However, my recent experience was not satisfactory. In our initial room, we discovered two live cockroaches and one deceased one. After notifying the management, we were provided with a different room, which unfortunately also contained another live cockroach. I recommend reviewing customer feedback before making a financial commitment to this hotel, as there may be more suitable alternatives available.

I paid for a queen bed and that it's for 2 people. But we got a full bed that looks like a twin barley 2 people would fit and I asked the respetionist and he said that it was the cheapest room for what I paid for. But I told him a paid for a queen size bed.
