Overall, the room was clean and well maintained. However, what was concerning were the stains on the couch, which we had to cover ourselves. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and respectful.

The staff is professional and personable. Service is high quality. Some elements of the building need to be improved. My basic complaint is the lack of electric doors when leading from outside walkway to interior. Moving through the doors with luggage is a challenge. Healthier food options are a must! Also, longer room service hours beyond 8:00 pm would be a positive.

Above and Beyond: Recently stayed at this resort because I had friends performing in town and wanted a closer location to their show. I ended up wishing for more nights after staying. Thank you to Mina and Breuer!!!! Your service was exceptional. I was given an incredible suite- a stunning view of the marina, a room with a tub and vanity, another room with a shower and guest bathroom; a fridge, washer/dryer, beautiful deck…it was heaven. As a picky traveler (like very picky), I was blown away. The suite was super clean, and felt like home. I will be back and truly feel as I found a gem in the area!

The junior suite was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was impeccable. Balcony overlooking marina was pleasant but a bit noisy from Hwy 41. Staff was very friendly and Hope, the concierge, reached out to offer assistance.
