It is an older property, but we had most of our needs met. Our room had a small kitchenette, but I had to ask for silverware at the front desk. This property does not have any fitness center, but the surrounding area does seem to have a “keystone fitness walk” route if you are one to be a little adventurous. We found the breakfast nice, hot, and fit our needs. A few more fresh fruits would be my only recommendation. We stayed here for 3 nights. We spent those 3 days exploring in Custer and the Keystone area. We were very happy with the location

Not very impressed!

Parking is horrible and tight for a Pickup, Elevator is sketchy and noisy, Toilet would barely flush toilet paper had to have plunged several times. Hot tub water was not very clean. Overall facility needs to have money spent on it. There are several better choices in town for the Same price. I personally would not stay again. Sorry but it’s not a very nice place for a family.

Very clean room and comfortable.

The room was small but very nice. The shower was very good but dripped. The outlet behind the chair, too did not work. Coffee pot and microwave, I tripped over.

It was a nice hotel: however parking was a nightmare and there were unexpected fees not disclosed on the website 😔 breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall recommend.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very small. Wish the pool stayed open past 10 since the Rushmore lighting goes late. We were disappointed that we didn't get to use the hot tub after a long day of shopping and hiking. Breakfast was fresh and hot.

Would not stay here again, black mold behind the toilet. They put us in a handicap room and the floors felt wet and our clothes when we left felt wet! The room was extremely small and parking was not good
