"Charlie's by the Bay" Unit 1

Charlie's is a newly renovated first-floor apartment in downtown New Baltimore. Less than 50 feet from Washington Street, specialty shops, boutiques, restaurants, and a beautiful family park with a beach, pier, and complimentary boat slips.

The apartment offers 800 sq. ft. for a comfortable stay with one bedroom with a king-size bed & smart TV, a living room with a queen-size sleeper & smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and private laundry: Beach supplies, wagon, and bicycles.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, an air fryer, electric grill pots, pans, and more.

The living room has a spacious couch and chair to kick back and relax—a 55" smart TV with standard cable.

There is a small desk and chair if you have a business to conduct while visiting.

There is a Bluetooth speaker, towels, coolers, and a wagon to head down to the beach for the day to make your stay more enjoyable.

*Charlie's dog policy: 200.00 nonrefundable pet fee, maximum one dog under 50 lbs. You must provide the breed and weight of your pet—no bully breeds.

At all of Charlie's locations, we offer complimentary;
coffee, spices, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, some basic cooking supplies, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, storage bags, air fryer, toaster, large pots, baking pans, mixer.

General supplies: laundry detergent, downy, bleach, and fabric softeners: toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels.

Entertaining: cards and various games, small Bluetooth speaker, cords for various phones for charging.

Children: Some kids' video games, coloring books, and crayons. Portable crib, portable high chairs, and kids' utensils.
The courtyard offers a gazebo, lounge seating, a fire pit, a dining area, and a BBQ grill. We also provide adult bicycles and outdoor games. Please place it back in the shed as you found it.
When guests leave nonperishable unopened items, we add them to the pantry for another guest to use.
