Other than shower, room was fine. Shower leaked water all over floor. When reporting to desk answer was “happens all the time.” Stayed three nights but only left coffee for one day - when asked to replace, replaced coffee but no cup/ condiments. Coffee downstairs was VERY strong so not a great replacement option for me personally. Bags for trash can left folded and draped over side of can rather than in it. Housekeeping asked me to “put my trash in the hall” to be picked up.

There was poop on the underside of the toilet seat. Totally grossed me out. If a housekeeper misses something so obvious and important, imagine what else they missed? Breakfast was really good and better than expected.

The staff was nice and friendly and the location of the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and stores. However the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, there were hard water stains on the shower door and the bottom of the wall by the shower was pealing. When you flush the toilet, you got a back splash of water. When we inquired about getting a new room, the staff was friendly. We had to remove all of our luggage back to our car so they could check out the room and then we had to lug all of our luggage from the car back into the hotel. Also the AC units in both rooms very loud. We come to the area often, hope to have a better stay
