I reserved a non smoking room and as soon as I walked in the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to go buy febreeze and that didn’t help. The cable wasn’t working, at first he tried to blame us that we tried to rip the cable off. He fixed it by bringing another smaller tv in the room, burning the non working one in its place. We asked for some type of accommodation and he said there were no extra rooms. We asked for a manager for a discount or a full refund, so we could go elsewhere. He said no manager was available. We left and didn’t even stay. As of now, we are looking for another place to stay. The name and the pictures online are not at all what the hotel looks like.

Nothing was BAD however as a father with small children when I get back to a hotel after a day of events and trying to settle the kids we enjoy watching tv during bedtime. However, the TV had no signal for the entire weekend. We complained and complained and tried both nights and no luck. They were friendly and apologetic but there was no solution and no refund or complimentary anything. I understand to some this sounds small and petty or might not be a deal at all for some, but for me and my family we were very disappointed as we paid for a room with TV and got a room with no TV. I did explain this and offer ample opportunity for them to make it right and they just said it was the cable company and not them. I get that and understand but I paid them not the cable company and didn’t pick the cable company that didn’t work.

Wow! Don't let the exterior fool you. This is a great little no-frills motel very centrally located in New Braunfels. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helped me get checked in quickly and smoothly. She gave me some good recommendations for breakfast, and made my experience that much more enjoyable. The room was clean and well appointed. The AC worked great, and the bathroom was very clean. The sheets were clean and crisp, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely consider this location again the next time I am in town.

You get what you pay for. This property was one of the cheaper postings we saw and we needed a one night stay. They accommodated our dogs and granted the pool was loud. They cleared out by quite hour and things were smooth. Was super skeptical based off online but when I got here a got to my room I was impressed it was pretty clean and I atleast felt comfortable.

Great people, nice price, hold your nose.

Very nice people. Hotel is right next to I35 so you can hear trucks all night long. Carpet had lumps in it, bathtub had bugs in it, Floor had burns where a hot iron had been left. The room was clean and the staff was exceedingly nice and polite.

The only detractor to my stay was the fact that the photos of this property on the app are outdated and this hotel looks NOTHING like them. Also, the advertised queen beds are actually double beds. This is not the fault of the current management, but should be rectified as I wasn't the only person checking in to notice the disparity. That being said, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The hotel is within easy distance of many dining offerings and the convention/civic center. Also, the price is very reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and professional. She had a difficult time with the customer ahead of me and she never stressed over it and continued to accommodate him accordingly. The only thing I would suggest is to have fresh coffee in the lobby area before 6:30am.
