The room I reserved had been over booked so I had to use a different room. My room has lots of thing that are old or broken, you can see where they moved the toilet paper holder on the wall, but don’t fill the holes, missing tile near the shower, gash in the wall.

Normally my go to hotel. Housekeeping was horrible! Checked in Wed on Thursday evening was told room would be serviced every other day, Friday get to the room, no service, talk to head housekeeper she says room will be serviced, get back that evening to bed made trash taken, still no towels coffee or toilet paper left, Saturday request yet again we’ve had no service since Wednesday and we need towels coffee trash taken etc, that evening still no service! Ridiculous! Also beds use to be comfy the ones now are just ok. Will be finding a diff hotel to stay at.
