Convenient & close

Loved the convenience of the contact-less check in. So wonderfully close to Wimberley and everything else Hill Country has to offer. Pool was also great! Oh, and the bed is super comfy. I will definitely book here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay at this hotel! I was traveling alone, and originally only selected Hotel Flora and Fauna because it was within my price range and seemed to have good reviews. However, I was so happy with how clean and well-kept the room was, how easy check in and check out were, and how it was so easy to feel the small-town charm of Wimberley while staying there. The only reason I rated "Service" as a 3, is because it is a no-contact hotel, and there were no staff that I had a need to interact with. With that said, if you prefer having people on-call to wait on you or take requests, this might not be the hotel for you. However, for my purposes of a 1-night solo business trip, I enjoyed this format of communication very much.

Perfect getaway hotel

My husband and I live in Austin and we were looking for a quick getaway to Wimberly and a stay that was close to the square. Flora and Fauna was exactly what we were looking for!! This Hotel is very close to the square and is pet friendly! We will definitely be back!!!

This was our first visit. The hotel is small, attractive and comfortable. It was a Monday and there were very few guests. Unfortunately, our room #4 was next to a room that needed extra cleaning and/or maintenance and the activity was annoying. Worse than that, in the room on the other side of us, an actual or wannabe opera singer played loud music and practiced his vocals. The walls are paper-thin and the noise ruined our time at the hotel. We'll give it another try sometime, but the experience was not satisfactory.

Correspondence was emailed and sent via text to ensure a successful contactless checkin and specific instructions for parking and entry/exit into the room. There was a greeting text sent on my travel day welcoming me to the property. It was a nice added touch. The property has inviting aesthetics, a beautiful mural as on the outside of the premises, the suite was super clean (extra towels were stocked, Sand and Stone products in the shower, makeup remover towels were provided, a nice pool area, and gazebo. I stayed here for my friend’s wedding, and would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

We were extremely happy with the room. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee was excellent and everything we could possibly want was provided. This was a contactless property, and the instructions were very clear, easy to understand. We will definitely stay at this property again.

It was a really nice stay. The bed was a very comfortable memory foam King size mattress. The best hotel in room coffee I’ve ever had. No more than 5 minutes drive to town. You get a voucher for a pastry and coffee/small drink at a local coffee shop. The contactless entry worked seamlessly. Very competitively priced. We will stay again.
