This property was not as expected first my wife broke out with a rash after sitting on the bed for thirty minutes it smelled of mildew throughout the hotel overall experience poor very poor

The attention and service were very good. The breakfast had a variety of food items and the opening hours were good. This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I found the service to be very good.

We reserved a suite which had plenty of room but it was a drab environment. The couch cushions were broken down. Kitchenette had microwave, frig, sink, cabinet. Would have been helpful to have had a few disposable plates utensils and paper towels. The king bed was comfortable but in a space almost not wide enough for the bed and nightstands. The bathroom door opened to hit the bed. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Liked the “Dove” hair and body products. Staff was pleasant. The area was safe, across from grocery store and easy freeway access.

This property is disgusting. The elevator smells like Raid poison. The room was full of hair. The landscaping outside has not been kept in at least a year. I will never return. The clientele is also subpar, which was surprising at $250/night. Overpriced severely. Loitering in the parking lot. Felt unsafe.

Needs maintenance

This hotel looked nice but needs repairs. The bathroom tub needs som spot maintenance. The window whistled when the wind blowed. Near the TV there is a guide for channels provided showing 5 HBOs but told they no longer have them.
