this property was close to my sister‘s house so we chose. I got two rooms one for myself and one for my brother. we were happy with our rooms until we found the cockroach in my brother‘s room. We were just trying to be nice and we noticed the front desk upon checking out. they said to get in touch with Expedia and try to get a refund which is fine but Expedia got in touch with the hotel and said they offered us a new room. How did they offer us a new room if we were checking not looking for a handout, but I would think twice about staying there

Always a very nice stay.

The staff is always a very pleasant and very helpful. The included breakfast is convenient and has something for everyone. There is plenty of parking and close to stores and restaurants.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Blankets)

There were no blankets on the beds! All they had were 2 thin sheets and it’s the middle of winter! The breakfast was terrible, the coffee was piss-warm.

Overall, terrible hotel. Clean and welcoming lobby, but multiple things broke in hotel room, and fellow patrons very rude. Guests above us stomped around, neighbors had music blasting and air condition in room broken.

My experience

They over charge $ after check out to the credit card without autorization. By other hand carpet on the Room stink and they don’t cleaned, elevator and hallways smells most time like Marihuana(dope), rude staff on the front desk especially the manager.

Comfort In Stay Experience

Initially the room that I was assigned is too cold and we've found out that the heater is not working. The receptionist guy offered us to be transferred to the same type of room in the same floor but the room creates a lot of creaky sounds on the floor and even on the bathtub. Room #314 needs some repair.

Easy on/comfy place

Check in key didnt work. Had to go down to front desk again and ask gentleman to rekey. He did, then came with me to make sure it worked. It did and I thanked him.

Very convienent for our traveling trip from Baltimore MD to watch a concert in Bridgeport CT - Sammy Hagar Best of All Worlds Tour with Jason Bonham on drums and Joe Satriani on lead guitar filing in fore the late great Eddie Van Halen. Breakfast was great and hit the spot for our monring commute back home. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would def recommend you stay here if you can.
