Staff are friendly and try to be accommodating however the hotel leaves much to be desired. It is a smoke free building but guests stand at the entrance of the hotel chain smoking which fills the lobby with the stench of cigarettes and you’re forced to walk through all the second hand smoke when entering and exiting the building. You must go to the front desk for utensils, pots, dishes, dish soap etc. Unfortunately you can only get whatever is available and not much was. “Breakfast” is available in the mornings which turned out to be packaged muffins and coffee and nothing else. The beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. I DO NOT recommend this property

Hotel seemed to be housing pot smoking homeless people. First room had water coming through ceiling of bath. 2nd room smelled like curry. No phone in room to call front desk. No dishes or utensils as in others. Had to call front desk, but no phone or number. Checked out 1 day early.
