There was no remote for the tv. When the front desk person finally did answer I got a remote and it couldn’t turn the tv volume up. The tv in the room was super low pointless. Couldn’t even watch movies

Courteous staff. You have to ask for the kitchen items you need, but they are delivered promptly. The stove was slow to heat up, so dinner took a little longer. Clean, basic room.
