I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn Cheshire location. It is in a great location with plenty of options for food, drinks, and things to do near by. Easy access to the highway which is a plus. The gym is limited with not too many options to get in a good workout but, enough to get some cardio in. The staff is excellent very pleasant and kind. The hotel bar offers a good list of different beer wine and liquor to enjoy as well as some food options. I stayed for a total of 5 nights and it went great! The only complaint I have is my room key did not always work to enter my room. The staff mentioned they have been having issues and are working on getting it resolved it was just inconvenient when coming back to my room with my hands full and having to go back downstairs to get my key reactivated. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to staying again when I am back in town!

I was very disappointed, as we had a family issue arise, and were unable to complete our reservation. We called as soon as we were able, but were still charged for a night. Expedia didn’t do anything to help the situation either.

Quiet hotel with plenty of parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is checkout time is too early - 11am is spartan. Noon would not be so bad, but 1pm would be better.

I liked this hotel. The area was quiet, the staff was professional and the hotel was clean. My only setback was the keycard kept having issues so I had to make trips to front desk. Apart from that, the stay was fine and I would go back. Parking was always available. The hotel sold bkfast and lunches, but also offered free coffee all day. There were food places, including fast foods and diners, that were literally 2‐4 minutes away which was very convenient for the stay.

It was a rainy day, and there were a lot of buckets out catching water leaks in the lobby. The ice machines were out of service on every floor, but the rooms and beds were comfortable.

Staff and property were great. The pool was out of service for our stay so that wasn’t great. The location was excellent for what we were doing in Connecticut. It is walkable to some dining places and they have snacks and beverages on hand for purchase. Very convenient.
