Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location with nearby coffee and breakfast options. Not so good was the dispenser of soap which squirts straight out missing your hand. Toilet paper dispenser is behind and hard to reach. Shower control was counter intuitive, some warm water to the right, hot water to the left. Family gathering with children running in the halls and overhead.

Basics good but uneven experience

Location is convenient with restaurants and gas stations nearby. Room was pleasant (no bad smells, bathroom was fine). Several odd things, tho. The entry hall was full of 6'-high massive piles of supplies (toilet paper, etc.) and no effort was made to eliminate them over the course of the 4 days we were there. Vending machines had been removed from every floor with just the electrical connections sticking out from the wall. Why and why would they leave it like that? Needed clean clothes, so put clothes and detergent in the sole machine and it charged my credit card, but there was no water. Was told the engineer would look at it the next morning at 8 a.m. Didn't hear anything until I called at 10:30 a.m. He couldn't fix it (or speak English), so had to pull the detergent-soaked clothes out of the machine and head to a laundromat. Pool was over-run with kids so we didn't end up trying it. Yelling kids running up and down the hallway a few nights, but that's the parents' faults, not the hotel.

Loud. Loud. Loud.

Walls are thin and any noise from neighboring rooms is quite loud. It is also very close to the highway so the car noise is very loud. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
