Hotel and room was great! Manager was very pleasant and breakfast was delicious. Hot tub was clean and HUGE! Gum was well equipped. The fan in bathroom didn’t work but that was the only issue. Great stay!

Staff here are terrific

We always stay here when visiting family nearby - we've stayed in some of the other hotels nearby but the friendliness of the staff here, from the management to front desk to those who clean, make it the 1 notch better than the others.

Property is a hidden gem because it's in an industrial area. Breakfast is good, enjoyed the heated whirlpool to relax. Staff was very welcoming.

The staff at this location is amazing. They are extremely friendly and happy to help in any way possible. One issue is the TV in the room. They need to swivel so they can be seen from the sofa and the beds.

All furniture was so old. Put a sheet on the couch because didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. Bed sheets weren’t on properly. There is a swamp and a dump near the hotel and the smell was extremely overwhelming and disgusting. Worst Hyatt I have ever been too

Stayed for 2 nights and would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. The room was spacious. The Jacuzzi and gym were great and the breakfast had good hot options. 5 minutes from the mall and plenty of dining options.
