Was not able to check in. The had no water throughout the hotel. This is the second hotel in Waterbury Connecticut that has had the same issue. I suggest Expedia refrain from using Waterbury CT hotels in the winter. Hotels nor Expedia are unwilling to give full refunds when these issue come up

The room was excellent and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason I gave it 3 stars was that they allow 18 wheelers to park in their lot overnight. One truck kept turning their engine on every hour for 15 minutes each time. It vibrated the entire building.

People are so very nice we enjoy every time we come will always stay at quality inn

Room could have been a little cleaner. There was panel flooring and my girls feet became pretty dirty while they walked barefoot. Staff was super courteous. Buffet style breakfast was good.

The room had a heavy smell of airfreshener that was very over powering. The comforter had cigarette burns on it. Other that that the room was very clean. Good size and suited our needs for the night.

I understand its not what I’m accustom to, however it’s important that rooms are clean, when you have to deal with flies and garbage under the bed and broken remote, that look like it was eaten by dogs. I couldn’t stay there any longer. The staff at the front desk were friendly and understanding. They did there’s best but, we had to leave.
