The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I needed to be near St. Vincent’s Hospital and the hotel location was convenient. It’s a little run down here and there but it’s still clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Very hard to find stairs that could be used instead of the elevator within the building. Most of the stair exits went outside but I had to walk around the building because the door locked and no room card locks on doors to allow back in.

We had a good stay overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the two pools were a great bonus. The hotel’s location near a shopping center was convenient, and we had no trouble getting quick Ubers to and from Bridgeport for a concert. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks: the hot tub was unfortunately out of service during our stay, and one of the doors to the main entrance was blocked off with caution tape, which made the property feel a little less maintained. All in all, a nice spot with good amenities, just hoping they get those small issues fixed up soon.

I have stayed at this Marriot before a couple years back and within that time I feel some disrepair has fallen on the property. The landscaping, cleanliness, as well as staff has always been more than adequate. However I found the condition of the parking lot and the main entrance are in dire need of repairing. If you drove any quicker than a crawl, you would cause damage to your vehicle. There are tons of potholes right at the end, that weren’t there 2 years ago, and they are brutal. The speed of the elevators I also did notice have slowed down. There were a handful of times where several guests were waiting for a matter of minutes in the lobby in anticipation for their arrival. I usually prefer Marriotts when I’m traveling and having family in that area of CT, I would like to return in the future. I would imagine the conditions will be improved by the next time I make accommodations. Still a great place, convenient location and very friendly, accommodating staff, would definitely recommend!

The property was well kept and front desk staff was friendly and made check in process fast and smooth. The only thing I didn’t like is that I asked for 1 king size bed l, but instead was given 2 small beds, maybe full size - I’d say.
