Nice hotel in a great location? Walkable to Jackson Square and all of the French Quarter. Enjoyed the free Kickback happy hour & the room was very spacious. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is very nice not fair from bourbon st we walked at a slow pace and made it in 8min. But the jewel of this hotel is the customer service omg exceptional we checked in at midnight the gentleman even being late gave a whole run down of everything very personable then at check out was a lady who kept the same energy gave us ideas on where to go what to do I mean she was fabulous. We will be staying here everytime we go to NOLA

Hotel and rooms are clean, well maintained, the staff is gracious, and the breakfast buffet never disappoints. This morning the kitchen and dining room staff were particularly impressive. Unfortunately an inconsiderate smoker lit up in a hotel room, causing a jarring wake up to a fire alarm. Shortly , before we could even get to the stairs, the alarm was canceled. So instead of a 7-10AM spread-out breakfast period, the alarm caused many dozens of guests to go to breakfast simultaneously. The staff was on top of everything, refilling food and condiments, kept everything flowing. They cleared and wiped down tables to accommodate other diners. Lenitra was very kind and friendly and came to check to see if I needed anything. Guest parking with a self parking was great, easy, attached garage convenient to the hotel elevators and saved on valet tips.

Really didn't get to truly evaluate the place. Was in late checked out early. Breakfast was very nice, staff was friendly enough but didn't encounter many. Room was comfortable and good for the price. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay but was very nice for a quick stop oner.
