The room was large and spacious. Everything was clean, solid 3 star hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and they only cleaned the room 1 time. Towels were in short supply even when asked for more. The service left a lot to be desired.

Waited 15 minutes and had to approach valet twice and still couldn’t get parked or informed what to do. Ended up parking several blocks away and carrying our bags to then be given the run around at check in when asking about the parking situation.

Check in was fast and easy. The clerk was kind and welcoming. He even texted me later to make sure everything was ok and was asking if I needed anything else and recommended places to eat and the great directions and tips to not paying an arm and leg to do things. His name is Jerry.
