The property was fine no complaints. My issue was the fact I was NOT told about any deposit hold when the room was booked. I got to the hotel expecting to pay the price I was quoted an it was something completely different. The lady at the desk said my room was booked through Expedia a they should have informed me of the deposit hold. I really don’t care whose fault it was but it needs to be told to customers.

Secure and Convenient

This is the second time we stay at this location. Comfortable beds. Conveniently located. The biggest plus for me and what will keep us coming back to this location is the security of having to key into the lobby after a certain time and having to key onto the elevator to access the floors.

I really didn't find anything unique about this property. It was in a very good location where you could walk to a lot of places. After our room was broke into I was on high alert all the time. Felt uneasy

This was a great location for walking to whatever you needed. Food, Shopping, Bourbon Street. Staff was friendly and felt secure with access only available with key card to get into building and on elevator.

The ac said 65 and felt like 70 the entire time. The hallways were hot. It was too warm for September. Bed was firm. If you like a warmer room and a firm bed this place is for you. Everything else was good. Front desk staff were nice, room clean and nice breakfast. Location for shopping and eating was relatively close.

The location was great. Customer service was great and they don’t clean the room every day you have to ask for room service I’m wasn’t a fan of the food breakfast. The milk was spoiled and the coffee was terrible. I would think again before I go there.

Overcharged!!

They overcharged my credit! They charged me for 3 nights of parking and I only stayed 2 nights! They charged me a $150.00 deposit which I never received back! When calling the hotel I can not get any help!
