Very poor customer service not only at the front desk at the bar as well. Also this place is more than two minutes from Bourbon street because they advertise two minutes away from Bourbon Street that's not true. My room wasn't to bad, they staffs really needed some training.

the room was okay at best. parking was advertised for $30(lie) a night, turns out hotel was not affiliated with parking and was double the price. staff was mostly stand offish, house keeping was just plain rude when i asked for towels. the concierge (the man) started out by saying how bad bourbon st is,and suggested places out side the french quarter. said not to eat any where down there because the rats are as big as my arm. the night lady concierge was very nice and helpful. she appologised for the things the man had said about the quarter, told me to have fun.

Check in went smooth. But air conditioner kept kicking on when it was turned off. It took 3 visits from a tech to fix. We had to sleep in hoodies. Plus bathroom shower was completely clogged. And website said hotel provided airport shuttle which is not accurate.
