Mystic Lake is an amazing casino/hotel. A Showroom event brought us here, and that, too is a very nice venue that is just the right size for us. The entire property is rather large, so walking is something you need to be able to do. If walking is difficult for any guests, I didn't see an alternative way to get around. The hotel rooms were clean and modern, so no complaints there. All in all, I would give our visit 4 out of 5 stars.

Really nice pool, sauna, and hot tub. Very clean, well organized, and super friendly staff. Room was super comfy with an nice view of the golf course. Will definitely return here, not a bad seat for watching an entertainment event.

Did not clean the room while I was there. I was told by housekeeping staff that they haven’t done it since Covid. I had garbage because I was disabled and needed the garbage emptied. Staff was very rude to me. Didn’t get any satisfaction from reporting issue I had.

Not kid friendly

The hotel is wonderful. We had 5 young adults with our group. There is absolutely nothing for them to do. The pool is the only option. It would have been nice to have an arcade for some entertainment.

The room was large and comfortable! We were on the 15th floor with beautiful views of the golf course and hilly background. Will definitely be back! Came for a wedding off location so didn’t get to check out the casino. Food was great at the cafe and the new sports bar, crazy large TVs! A must see!
