Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 8th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

Unit 502 is located on the top floor with a spectacular panoramic view to the East and to the South.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, chair and a 50 inch flat screen TV. For your entertainment, an Xbox 360 with wireless remotes furnishes gaming and the ability to play your music CD’s and DVD movies. In the living area you will find movies, books, puzzles and games to enjoy for all ages.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 32 in flat screen TV with a DVD player. You will also find boogie boards in the walk-in closet.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
This smoke-free condo features wheelchair access, books, and surfing/body boarding nearby. Amenities and recreational activities include games and windsurfing nearby.

The property is great, and the views are beautiful. It's a really nice condo with all the comforts of home. It was really well stocked with kitchen utensils, chairs, boogie boards for the kids, extra pillows, and many other things. The bunk bed room is really adorable, and has a tiki hut theme. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone. We really enjoyed our time on the island, and I would go back again.

Family vacation

Had an amazing stay here. Check in was easy. Just had to find the office to get a pass for my car. (In the pool house) we loved the fact that it was right on the ocean. Where we spent most of our days. Perfect location and the beach didn't get crowded. People there was nice to our kids giving them popsicles. We liked the fact that we had our own room. We slept so good here. The bunk beds was in it's own room also that was set up so cute.

Great trip

Really enjoyed our time at 502. The location couldn't be better. Woke up and watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony. I really like how New Smyrna feels like a town, not just a tourist trap. You can tell people really care about their properties and community. Would definitely come back!

VRBO/Hacienda Del Sol II made the entire process easy - from registration and payment to check-in and check-out. Unit 502 was as described. Great view!! Well-appointed and clean! We're big NSB fans and the condo location is perfect. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great View, Perfect Location

Just enjoyed an awesome week at this wonderful property! The view from the balcony is splendid:; we did take-out 6/7 nites, enjoying appetizers drinks, and dinner in this picturesque setting with sounds of the ocean echoing. Condos’ location is in the center of new Smyrna Beach in the no drive section. Flagler Ave is a 3 mile walk to the north, with Bethune beach 4 miles to the south. JB Fish Camp is 4.5 miles south with kayak rentals and mangroves to explore followed by lunch outside watching the huge pelicans there. Touch of Italy and the plaza are less than a 10 minute walk from the front door—so very convenient. The condo has everything we needed and ranks among the best we have rented. Looking to return soon,
