Great condo!

This condo was very nice. Great location and nicely updated with a beachy vibe. It was very close to one of the pools and right across the street from the beach. The check in process was very easy. We did have to run to the store for extra garbage bags and toilet paper, since there wasn’t any in the condo, but I’m assuming that was an oversight. Overall a really great place and I would definitely stay again.

Great host

We had a wonderful host. The first place we got into wasn’t cleaned properly, the previous guests obviously had pets. There were some other items wrong also. I messaged Tara and she immediately went to work to make it right. She got us another place to stay and offered a refund on the first night. The second place, that she also manages, was excellent. A little dated but way better than the first place and very clean! Thank you Tara for making our vacation worth it!

Awesome can't wait to return.. Arriving process needs work..had to ask neighbors where office is finding condo is tough also villa had same number?..called emergency contact number they new nothing..nice place after looking for it for 40 minutes..after getting used to the setting it got easier..overall stay was great..when u arrive and receive ur paperwork somebody should escort u to ur rental..

Perfect location for everything NSB has to offer

This condo was perfect for accessing the beach (5 min walk) and Flagler Ave (10 min drive). It was clean and close to all amenities (Publix 5 mins away, breakfast joint nearby). Worked out great for our five day stay. Unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of the pool or other fun stuff at the condo, but it all looked awesome. It was a quiet location with plenty of shade, a rare find and much needed being so near the beach!

Florida getaway

Nice condo for two people. Convenient to the beach and easy walk. Kitchen needs to be stocked better with dishes and cooking utensils. Some basic spices would be nice. Also, the bottom sheets need to fit the platform bed better. Overall a very pleasant stay.

All the foors were filthy dirty so you definitely don't want to walk barefoot in there. They didn't have any oven pans to bake in the oven. The parking is confusing because they don't tell you if you have a designated parking spot. They need to improve their selves.

So close to beach

This place is very clean and spacious. Great location too for going to the beach, within walking distance (5 minutes) and direct access to a quieter section of the beach. The beds were a bit small for parent and teen to share, but were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and most items to cook (we needed a cookie sheet or other baking dish and there wasn’t one). If you are flying in and have no beach stuff, you’ll need to buy your own. There were no beach items to borrow, including towels. There are tons of stores nearby though with good prices. We had the best luck at Dollar General. The pool was nice and clean too.
