They did nothing.

One night, I reported that there was a plate of food outside my door and asked to clean it. The next morning the plate was still there... In the reception, the lady said that there is no one to clean it. It was 9 am when I left the hotel. Not planning to return, ever.

The Shores was very nice and relaxing. The facilities where clean and the rooms where very nice. We liked the pool and access to the beach. The staff where very polite and professional. We will come back!

We stayed in an oceanfront room. Outstanding view. Best part of hotel. Room was good. Comfortable bed. Loveseat and desk nice for table and sitting. Two throw pillows but each had dirty spot on them. Dresser is not really a dresser but worked fine for us. Lighting is dim and bathroom needs a little tlc. It was clean and functional, but patch job on shower didn’t blend and there were paint chips on the doors and molding. Didn’t take away from our stay, but is in need touch up. Pool area was nice. Adequate numbers of chairs and excellent views. Staff very friendly and lobby was five stars. Brunch was expensive for offerings. My only complaint was I saw numerous people smoking on the balconies. Hotel needs to police that better. I did complain because it was next door to me and it didn’t happen again. 💯 would stay here again. I rely on reviews when selecting a hotel so I wanted to be frank. Very family friendly and not a lot of spring breakers. One more thing. This hotel is 5 miles south of the pier. We were so happy to be away from the craziness.

The resort is very nice and the location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Just a few drawbacks: The walls are thin so if you have loud neighbors you will definitely hear them. The elevators are extremely loud. We could hear them throughout the night even though the room was 40 feet away from the elevators. Windows were sealed shut so we couldn't open them to hear the ocean waves. We will choose a room with a balcony on our next visit and ensure the room is located as far from the elevators as possible

Great stay. The rooms are huge and very nice. The pool deck is fabulous and we loved the fire pits at night with the smores kits. The food at the restaurant was affordable and all staff was so friendly! Definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was over the top friendly except for the elderly lady working the coffee counter. She obviously hates her job.. I am not sure if she is considered hotel staff, but either way, she should retire. Aside from her unpleasantness two mornings in a row, the place and everyone inside it was amazing!! We will return!

The room wasn't clean, and housekeeping never came to my room to clean it, take out the trash or make the bed. My room was right next door to rooms they were doing renovations on so the noise was very loud for most of my stay. The staff and parking staff were very nice.

Beautiful view from oceanfront balcony room

Nice place to stay. We had king balcony and view was great. Enjoyed deck chairs and bar area. Room was a little dated but spacious. Nice parking area across the street. Room did not get cleaned on one of the days we stayed. Front desk seemed inconvenienced when I asked for things. Overall good stay.

We have stayed at this resort many times. This was our first time staying in the King Cabana Suite which walked out to our private cabana with and L-shaped couch, tv, and overlooking the pool and the beach. The cabana had a screen that coukd be dropped for privacy at any point. We loved it and felt it was so convenient to the amenities on the main deck.
