This lovely and unique vacation home is conveniently located just two miles from the stunning wide golden beaches, tennis, golf, and the nightlife of lively Flagler Avenue. New Smyrna Beach's Dunes walkway, a dog beach, and local bike trails(2 beach bikes FREE) are particular favorites. A short drive to Orlando with its' many attractions including Disney and Universal. Also nearby are historic St. Augustine, Mt. Dora (antiques), Daytona (famous beaches, boardwalk & speedway), and the space coast. Private Dock with 2 additional floating docks with sand beach.....perfect for kayaks*(2 provided free) & paddleboarding.
