Decent place to stay for the area. Property facility could not replace a light bulb, provided option to change rooms versus changing battery. Room sofa was very uncomfortable, low quality of sleep for an adult. The room is not really suitable to sleep more than what can sleep on an actual bed. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very helpful.

My double bed room was not available and had to settle for a king bed. Breakfast menu was the same everyday. Need more variety. Arrived an hour early and wanted a 30 dollar fee for early access.

The beds were comfy and I think this hotel is in the middle of updating rooms. The shower/bath was not in good condition but other than that the room was good. I was disappointed when checking in, I book a king suite that said it slept 5 people and only had a king bed and pullout sofa. Upon checking in the gentleman at the front desk said they don’t have any rooms that sleep 5 (even though on Expedia it shows most rooms sleep 5). Luckily this trip we didn’t have everyone with us so made 2 beds work. He downgraded our room to 2 Queen beds so my kids didn’t have to sleep on a pullout and there was no refund, credit or anything given even though that room cost less than what I had booked.

Roach Motel

The hotel seems nice enough for what it is but there were live cockroaches all over the bathroom. We did not discover them until the middle of the night when we turned on the light to use the restroom and they were everywhere. If I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve left, but I ended up staying the night and getting out of there as quickly as I could in the morning without a shower or even brushing my teeth. I can tolerate a lot of things but not live cockroaches in my room. That is an easy fix and why they would allow that is beyond me. I won’t be back.
