The room was clean

My check-in experience was disappointing. The gentleman at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He was stoic and came across as cold, unfriendly, and disengaged. First impressions matter, and this was not a good one. In contrast, the housekeeping staff were helpful, courteous, and professional, which was the only positive aspect of my stay.

Small rooms, Chinese TV stations, facilties need renovation.

The room was spacious and each guest had complimentary slippers! FYI-If the sink’s plug is closed, you have to press down and release it to open. (We had to call for help.)
