Poor customer service. When I checked in the guy simply handed me a room key. When I asked for the room number he said it’s inside the cardholder. There was no information given about the hotel and its amenities in fact I didn’t receive vouchers for the meals I had already paid for. The remote to the TV was broken. I arrived back the next day around 1pm and my room had not been cleaned. I visited the restaurant for brunch and the service was delayed no one even spoke to us for quite a while. I shared that the pasta had an enormous amount of cheese and was told that everybody else likes it sorry. Thankfully I ordered mild wings which were good so I ordered more. The second set was extra spicy despite me asking for mild like the first ones. I couldn’t eat the spice. I went back for breakfast and asked for 2 eggs over medium but got 2 hardly fried eggs. While waiting for the shuttle, valet bought the wrong vehicle to the same guy three times, trying to convince him that it’s his car despite him saying that’s not my car. The team overall lacks attention to detail.

This hotel is a gem! We were stranded overnight at LaGuardia so we took a chance on this hotel. Man are we glad. Beautiful, clean room. Comfy bed. Affordable. Easy walk to subway.

The room was spotless the staff was very accommodating I’m so thankful to them for picking my mother and her friend up outside of shuttle hours due to flight cancellations and being of an elder age. They were patient and even gave them an a double bed room for there short layover for rest. This customer service does not go unnoticed. Also the driver of the shuttle thank you as well for going above a behind. 10/10 and definitely reccomend.

I have request room service twice no nobody ever came. Being in a four star hotel at Flushing there’s no water bottle at all on the first day arrival we had to run down by ourselves. The fan noise in the room is super loud the flashing toilet not working well it’s a great location, but I don’t know how it’s four star. Guest service in the front desk is very nice convenience location on Prince Street. But I think I can find something better.

Bed was too soft (aged). One of my days there, elevator was not working. This 75 years old man had to walk from 7th floor to lobby with my cane. However, the front desk staff were very nice and friendly.
