AC deficient

AC barely worked, if you wanted AC you couldn’t close the drapes! So I had light coming in a dawn…super small room! It was for double occupancy and it was very uncomfortable. The location is the only good thing!

The room was clean and comfortable. Decor and lighting are dark. Excellent desk staff. However, the photos of the rooftop terrace are misleading. The terrace is just a small deck with a limited view.

Nice but not convenient for my needs

Only thi g i dod not like is not being able to leave pet in roon unattended. I get it but my dog is a travel pro and bothers no one. We always put up the do mot disturb.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished. For a Manhattan hotel both were nice sizes. The bar upstairs and the lobby were a little worn but still fine. They could use better lighting in the lobby elevator hall. It was very dim. I would stay here again. Very convenient location.

We were an a road trip and stayed in several hotels, 6 Columbus was the one we didn’t enjoy. The room was not very well lit. The whole place needed better lighting. The only hotel without a coffee pot or coffee available

The bed was super comfortable- specifically the pillows. I don’t know if it’s every room but the AC in our room was a window unit, which was fine but we were in a heat wave. Of course when we pulled the shades (so we didn’t wake up with the sun) it blocked the AC. I also didn’t love that the fridge was stocked with stuff to purchase because I would have loved to put my own drinks and leftovers in there but nothing else would fit. However, the noon checkout, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, all made the experience great!

Location was perfect! Across from Central Park and a short walk to the theatres. The rooms were quite small and nothing as luxurious as the photos portrayed. Comfortable and clean. Bathroom had no shelves for our toiletries and vanity mirror was almost higher than my height.staff wiremen nice!
