The hotel location was fantastic, with a great deli right outside the door. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We sprung for the larger room and was glad we did. Service was prompt and friendly. We appreciated the room service options from the restaurant downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Initial assigned room was a Queen Bdrm with the door by an open flight of stairs. Room had small window facing nowhere, no access to light. Poor mobile signal too. Requested Mngr an alternative. We were told hotel was sold out. Found wife brother got upgraded to suite. After complaint best offered was full bed with window and bad sheets.

the entire hotel was out of hot water, so we had to take freezing cold showers for our stay. When i asked about it, they just said to wait for it to come back on. It never came back on. They told me the manager who could help wasn’t working until Monday, so nothing was addressed. Beds were comfortable though and location is great.
