I’ll definitely recommend this hotel their staff is amazing and they are truly accommodating. Even after I checked out they offered me a place to store my luggage until my uber arrived. The rooms are AMAZING! I would definitely return.

Great location. Rooms are small but efficient. Great bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was the upstairs rooftop bar was not very accommodating. The people weren’t friendly and we did not feel welcome to be there. Too uppidty.

Well i liked the service, what i didn't like that i noticed them last night that ill check out at 10am and i need my car to be ready but tomorrow at 9am when i approached the front desk, the staff said that my car will be brought at 11:30am due to an issue and thus i had to go after my car by walk and brought it over so i disliked it but overall was good.

The bathroom with all the safety handles, thank you for that! The bed, pillows, so comfy! And it’s just few minutes walk from the subway station. Will make this hotel my favorite for the next stay.

Nice room, very big bathroom. The only problem we encountered was the lifts. At one point we had to wait 20 minutes for a lift from the fourth floor, you can't use the stairs as it sets off an alarm. The staff were all very nice.

Very small well appointed space. Clean white linens on bed and in bath. Location is very close to Times Square and all attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Space both in lobby elevators and hallways very tight. Could use a service elevator as you need to wait for what feels like forever for the elevator at times and often have to not catch the first one available as it is filled with patrons or service staff.

I had a wonderful stay at the ALIZ Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating. The service truly exceeded expectations. They even quickly resolved a minor issue with our room access, which was greatly appreciated. The accommodations were clean and stylish, and we loved the added bonus of food and drink vouchers. A highlight of our trip was visiting Dear Irving on Hudson the views were absolutely stunning and the ambiance unmatched. I highly recommend ALIZ Hotel to any travelers looking for a comfortable, elevated stay near Times Square. We’ll definitely be back!
