Lets not forget is a Pod type stay. Dhared bathrooms. Which i overlooked lol. It was cleaned. Tiny bedrooms with sink inside. And bunk beds. Too firm of mattress for me. But since was just 1 night was ok. Bathroom was also clean. Place looks fairly new. Or renov. Upper east side. Sub not too far. Lexington st was a couple blocks up. Easy walk to central park. Staff was very friendly. I think for a similar price i could have gotten a reg bedroom with bathroom in. But 😎 exp. I guess.

I found this property last minute but would happily go back over and over. There is food nearby as well as late night drinks. It is easy walking distance from the theater district and museums. Pleasant hostel like vibe.

Rooms are efficient but so is the price. Good location close to the subway (E train). I would stay here again and would recommend this to budget travelers.

This is my 2nd time staying at Pod 51. Check-in was simple. The room was clean. There was a bathroom closed down the whole time I was there. That meant we had one very small bathroom for the whole floor. That was frustrating. Otherwise I have no complaints.
