The room was very dated and not clean. There were crumbs on the chair, stains on all the upholstery and the bathroom smelled like mold. The heater was very loud when it turned on.

Do not listen to any of the negative reviews! I stayed for 2 nights for a girls weekend and we couldn’t feel more safe. The staff are so friendly and inviting, the location is so convenient, the amenities and appliances are modern, and best part: affordable. This will be the only hotel i book for my future visits to Times Square! Thank you Candlewood Suites !

The kitchen was fully required for our needs, the staff was very friendly. There was one issue. The HVAC was not working and the staff kept saying it was going to be replaced and it never was in the four days we were there.

Yes, the kitchen was good. But we had a leak in the bathroom behind the sink, which soaked our bedroom carpet. The staff was very nice...they temporarily fixed the leak and tried to dry the rug with a large fan, but it was still very smelly for our last night and they didn't have another room to move us to. Also, the shower rod was partially broken, allowing more water to leak into the bathroom. Lastly, when I went to call the desk to let them know about the leak, the room phone was broken and I had to call from my cell phone.

The first morning we had scalding hot water in the shower. The next few days the water temperature fluctuated. The carpet in our room was wet in spots, we had to wear shoes at all times, we told the staff but not g was fine and they couldn’t switch our room. Our friends room had the same water issue and their shower head was broken and kept falling off.

It was satisfactory for this stay and we felt safe. I took video of the inside of the room to prove there was not one of those so-called smoke in the air detecting devices that people had claimed they were charged for. We had an easy check-in, the location is very close to many attractions. Free lemonade, water, and coffee. I would stay again.

Had a great stay! Roberto, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Room and views were incredible, very clean!

Kitchenette was stocked but we didn’t use. Bed was very comfortable. They had a water issue while we were there with no water for a couple hours for two days. A bit off putting. The hotel is a bit away from the main attractions so everything is about a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
