On 24th floor (room 2405), room and bathroom were clean, decent size and renovated fairly recently, comfortable bed, nice view, AC worked well, good water pressure, all Kitchen applinaces worked, desk space, decent internet, location good. The only problem was the elevator. Of the two elevators one was not working, so we often hat to wait 5 - 10 min. for the elevator to arrive. There is a safe in the room, but it is not fixed to the wall.

It was convenient location, but room was lacking. We booked the handicapped room, but it was a big mistake. The room had very little natural light and the lighting was poor.. The TV had only a few channels that came in clearly and the others were fuzzy or non existent. The technician did try to reprogram the TV and it made it a little bit better. The shower had a hose because it was a handicapped bathroom and water would get all over the floor. We had to build a “dam” of towels to keep the water in. At times the water was super hot even when turned on cold. The exhaust in the bathroom did not function so it was always very humid. Maybe we just got a dud of a room, idk.

It was a very convenient location, very close by the Lincoln tunnel. Very easy to get to, park, and let the valet take care of the rest. Hotel was very clean, only complaint was with 32 floors there was only 1 of the 2 elevators working. However they were working to fix it so if you just planned an extra couple minutes to get up/down, it didn't affect you much. I would 100% stay here again.

Overall a good deal and the room was nice. There were challenges with the elevator which created long waits. Definitely not ideal but they did their best.
