There were blood stains behind the curtain that I did not find until the day I was leaving. I can only imagine what else in the room they did not clean or skipped procedures.

Superb extended stay property

This excellent property is a marvel of amenities; cleanliness; and yes; functionality and beauty. An oven and stovetop; microwave and fridge! Giant tv; soft; comfortable bed and pillows! Gratis coffee and snacks! Kindest mist knowledgeable front desk! Quiet room and floors! Facilities above board! Helpful email queries! The absolute best stay ever! I am not very picky so maybe dont quote me lol, but I loved it, I stayed over new years and it was wonderful. Close to public transport, time square, lots of nice restaurants in the area. Staff were very nice! And they were texting me throughout my stay to check on me. The kitchen in the room was a plus, although I never used it. I will return!

Good location/Clean hotel

If you are in the city for work, this is an ideal centralized location. Ithas enough kitchen amenities to be able to do breakfast etc. if you want to stay in for a meal. It also has space if you have to do work from your room. The staff was very friendly.

The room and staff were excellent and the room had plenty of amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, a burner and plenty of dishes and silverware. However, it was almost impossible to get a steady temperature in the room. Either too hot or too cold. Also, the hot water in the shower took forever to get hot and one morning the best I got was lukewarm, Overall a great place to stay
