The staff is outstanding. My wife left her ring on the bedside table. We called on the way home. They immediately sent someone to the room to retrieve the ring. We sent them a self addressed envelope and a few days later the ring arrived back at our home. A lot of hotels would not have done this.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, room was big, and the 24 hour lounge was a great added bonus. The staff were so friendly and nice. The room temperature was a little hot for our liking, but other than that it was perfect.

Great hotel! The staff were friendly everytime we entered or exit the hotel. We had a couple issues and they were great as resolving by the time we came back everything by was sorted. Breakfast was great just before heading out all day and the free water bottles were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel, slap bang in Times Square but couldn’t hear any noise

The best part of our stay at Casablanca is when you step inside the door. You are greeted by a helpful, friendly staff and you leave the noise and bustle of NY Times Square away. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. The service and cleanliness of the hotel are outstanding. We find it the perfect base for enjoying Broadway plays when in NYC.

This hotel is absolutely adorable & the staff is beyond amazing! Our room was “quaint” - I’ll definitely reserve something bigger next time, but we absolutely loved the vibe. Location is great. Having Tony’s next door was an added bonus. Very much worth the money!
