It was located exactly where we could go in to see the Parade and get out of city when it was all over without any fuss. The hotel itself was well appointed and I appreciated they complimentary champagne. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was wonderful from beginning to end. Hotel was clean. Bathroom was updated . Rooms were small but I knew that before making reservations. Great location. I will hands down stay here again. The restaurant next door was a bonus, with great food and service.

Room had everything I needed - it was a little oasis of calm above the city, Yoni welcomed me and made me feel really valued as a guest on check in. Great location, would definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Always very happy and welcoming. The lighting in the room was very dark though and our room was opposite the lift which meant we had passing traffic all night of noisy people waiting for and getting out of the lift. The rooms were not very sound proof either and we could hear all of the noise from the neighbours next door either side. I did receive a number of messages during our stay asking if we needed anything to which I expressed the issues with noise. The staff did offer ear plugs and a change of room for our 4th night which would have been our last and we didn't want to upheaval on the last nigjht. We mqy have just been unlucky with our room. I can not fault the staff. Rooms were very clean and the restaurant next to the hotel was lovely.
