The staff was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. From check in to check out, they were amazing, friendly, not what is expected of NYC. Helpful. Always kind. The rooms are small, but to be expected in the city. Elevators slow if you’re on a high level, but to be expected with the volume of people. Subway entrances all around. Good location to get where you’re going. Love the staff!

There were only two tiny elevators servicing a 27 storey building. The hallways on the room floors are laughably narrow. The guest rooms are also very small.

Staffs were kind and nice. However, the room was outdated, water was not hot enough for shower. Just two small elevators. Got to wait too long. My floor was 10th but had to pass 2, 3 times because it was already full from top floors. Even one of them was broken the first day. Price and location were okay.

Room was quite spacious. My only quirk are the elevators as there should be at least 3 to reduce the wait time in between. Other than that I enjoyed the stay as it was in walkibg distance to Penn Station and the subway. I would recomend checking out the Bagel Pub between the mass array of toppings and the lattes you cant go wrong.
