The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Front desk was nice and quickly assisted me. Housekeeping and all other support staff were always pleasant. There are only two elevators. One was broken when I was there. The elevators were always packed. I was on the 12th floor (of at least 27). I always had to take the stairs down because the elevator was always packed by the time it got to me. The stairs are very narrow and when I took them, there was always some kind of trash at the corners of some floors. The housekeeping cart remained in front of my room for my 3-day stay. I thought that was weird. I had to ask for my luggage to be picked up because I knew I wouldn’t have a chance to get on the elevator to take them with me. They sent someone right away. They also got my bags out immediately when I was ready to load up my ride to the airport. The room was fine. NYC-sized as I expected it to be. It served its purpose. No complaints there. Bathroom was clean. It was nice and newer looking. The WiFi was either bad or down for most of my 3-day stay. It wasn’t so bad except when I couldn’t get any cell service when I was at the gym located below the lobby.

The property was close in proximity to what I needed. The elevator broke the second day there (out of 5) and never got repaired. A nightmare to get to the 26 th floor WITH NO HELP FROM THE FRONT DESK OR MANAGEMENT!!! Horrible!! Internet went out, no compensation

The property is nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would comment is the street parking, there is only 1 lane for incoming cars and if you’re taking a Lyft or Uber just make sure you don’t make them wait because they will block the street, but other than that, all else is fine! Close to MSG if you are watching an event there, walkable to Times Square as well!

The location and atmosphere was calm and inviting. This was my first time staying in NYC. I was not impressed by the size of the room and the hallway because it was very close. The room had just enough space to walk around for one person. Two people would definitely be a stretch. Because the hallway was so small you could hear everything from the cleaning people and the guests. Overall the experience was good. I just expected a little more space in the room.
