Staff was super nice from beginning to end, they gave us a cookie to welcome us when we arrived at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious for what is "normal" in New York and price was good, not low, not high, just what you would expect as the location was very good. I’d recommend this if you want a nice place to rest and be a few blocks from Times Square and near bunch of stuff in NY

Good location if you want to be pretty central and within walking distance. I’ve stayed in better places in the area but if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in your hotel it’s not the worst. Service was nice, room was clean. Pretty small overall but a good budget option if you just want a place to sleep. Held luggage as well. Not my favorite but it worked for what we needed.

There is zero sound proofing on the windows, and was extremely loud outside. Called down twice to talk to front desk and all they said was nothing they can do. Don’t offer rooms where it’s so loud people can’t sleep. Also no drapes on the windows and was very bright all night. Heating didn’t work properly. Overall pretty bad experience!
