Love the staff. Airy was a nice manager and the staff was just great. Although one young girl yelled at me about getting water from the front desk which was nuts. The stay was great. Right next to all the train stations.

I'd look around. Not worth the hassle for the mone

The lifts were terrible. There is only 3 lifts servicing 44 floors. The wait was 15mins most times. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, Enoch is not ideal, especially when the ground staff are not very friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is poor. Sheets had a stain, refrigerator barely keeps a soda slightly room temp, the thermostat is a guessing game if it works, the dirty floors transferred small amounts dirt and dust onto the white sheets. I wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms are cramped and uncomfortable. The tiny elevators are uncomfortable and packed.
