Room was smaller than expected but looked nice. I did see 2 bugs during my stay in the bathroom. Staff didn't make it clear and the charges it was a bit confusing but overall they were nice and welcoming.

I would give it 3.5. Nice,clean room. The lobby shares a space with the restaurant. It was completely empty and they told my kid that she had to leave because she wasn't allowed to eat her small acai bowl in the lobby/restaurant that was completely empty. They were extremely rude.

The room was very clean upon arrival. The hotel held bags after we checked out until we had to catch a flight. They allowed us to check in early. Great experience. Right next to Grand Central Terminal for the subway.
