Room was tiny but clean. Bathroom was as big as bedroom. Parking was convenient with public parking about 4 doors down and staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options all around and an easy walk to Broadway and up to Times Square.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced. The staff were quite rude and unwelcoming, which made the visit uncomfortable. I had hoped for a friendlier and more professional attitude. Additionally, there was an issue upon my arrival and again when I was leaving, which added to the negative experience. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, as I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Location and Service - Top Notch!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, refreshments location and style of the hotel. Shelley who works at the front desk was so welcoming and amazing! Our room exceeded expectations. ❤️❤️❤️ The hotel is in walking distance to so many things. We walked to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and The Empire State Building. Just a fantastic location. We could hear zero noise from the street. Will absolutely return!

Overall great experience! The employees were very welcoming upon my daughters and I arrival and it was appreciated. What stood out to me was I called down to the front desk for a microwave because I didn’t see one in the room. They told me that there wasn’t in our room nor was there in the hotel. However, if we needed one they would get someone to bring it up asap. I couldn’t believe it. Within 3-5 minutes, an employee was knocking at our door with the microwave. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We appreciate the generosity and kindness shown to us throughout our stay and we will be back for sure.

The location of the Le Soleil hotel is excellent! you can walk to most of the major sites, right in the middle of midtown with lots of places to eat and sightseeing conveniently located. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed help with the reservations since we had multiple rooms and the staff was able to sort that out for us. Also, the concierge was very helpful in recommending places to eat.There was fresh fruit infused water in the lobby and coffee in the mornings, a nice touch. I highly recommend it.
