Great location. Staff was nice and friendly. Comfortable queen bed. Great shower with complimentary l'Occitane de Provence soap and shampoo. However, room cost close to $1000 for one night only, which was too much for what we received. When we arrived, one bed side lamp wasn't working. No lighting over or on the desk area even though it's billed as an executive hotel. No closet to hang coats or clothes. We were 3 people. There was just a tiny open concept area to hang 2 winter coats comfortably. No extra bedsheets or pillows provided for the third person on the couch. We had to call room service late to have them delivered. Overall, it's a very basic room with minimal amenities for the high price, but that's apparently what New York is offering these days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was small but very clean and nice. It is also centrally located with walking distance to a lot of the main sites like Macy's, Bryant park and the subway station. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because the last day of our stay there was a water issue at the hotel which affected our use of the water in our bathroom. We understand things happen and appreciate the hotel going above and beyond to make sure we were still comfortable with our stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we ever travel back to NYC.
