The room looked clean, but you could tell they only did a surface clean in our room. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. We didn’t have any hot water the first night we were there, and then if you did want to take a shower, you would have to wait about 10 minutes for the water to get a decent temperature. Breakfast was alright, just the standard. Also, when we had checked in, they had a power outage, so we weren’t able to get our key card until abt 6 hours before we checked out, so that was really inconvenient cause we had to wait for someone to come to the counter to take us to our room anytime we wanted to go.

Hotel overbooked. Hotel they sent us to in NJ would not accept their room authorization as the corporate credit card front desk clerk (Craig) gave them was declined(?!@). I received no further help from them getting a room. The clerk said his manager would not allow him to help us anymore as we booked thru Expedia. There were at least 5 other Expedia customers who were in the same predicament. My wife and I were left at 2am calling hotels to try to secure a room.

We had the best stay!!! We were greeted with fun and helpful personality! Great amenities, like the shuttle to the ferry and the easy access to the public transportation. The housekeeping was impeccable and always on top of it! One of the nicest, intentional people I’ve come across at a hotel! They are doing a fantastic job!
