Great value for the location. I’ve stayed in several NYC hotels and this one had the best balance of price, comfort, and convenience. The front desk staff were professional, and the room had everything I needed, including good Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and hot shower.

I came with my two teenage kids and booked a suite. It was spacious enough for the three of us, and having a kitchenette saved us money on food. We were able to walk to Central Park and take the subway easily. The staff was kind and the room was clean every day. It’s a good spot for families on a budget

I stayed here for a 5-night trip with my partner and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, clean, and had a mini kitchenette that came in handy for late-night snacks and breakfast. The balcony was small but a lovely bonus—having a bit of fresh air in NYC is rare. Staff were friendly and answered all our questions. Great location too—close to Grand Central and plenty of restaurants.

This Hotel had a great location. Lots of food walking distance and subway also close by. Hotel was good for the most part. Pretty clean and staff was nice. Only thing is had to pay for a cleaning service everyday only had my room cleaned once out of three days. But otherwise it was a good hotel for the price !

This is place is close to local attractions. Easy access to food and shopping etc. I booked a room with a kitchen and balcony. The ceilings are not that high so if you’re claustrophobic you may have a problem. I also noticed the walls are pretty dirty soon as I walked in. Other than that i felt safe coming and going as staff was always at the front desk. Also did their regular cleaning of my room. The pillows are to worn gave me a stif neck. Also balcony faced the back end of the building not much to look at.

The rooms were OK, but really need updated. Air conditioners do not work well, ours stopped working on a very warm night. The staff are polite and helpful, but they could get the air conditioner fixed that evening.

This hotel has two towers on both sides of the street. Our room was in the north tower. South tower has any amenities the hotel offers. Room was small, not very comfortable. Bed was good, room was clean, staff was great, but room needs fresh paint. Hotel is good if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Be aware of daily resort fee and deposit at check in.
