Never Again!

Toilet didn’t work. Shower pressure was awful. Room refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t realize all of the above until late at night. Wish I asked for a new room. This was also supposed to be a handicap accessible room but the handicap door access didn’t work either. While we weren’t in wheelchairs, we had lots of luggage and like that feature to simply press the access button. If either of us were in a wheelchair, it would have been quite an inconvenience. Woman at the counter at checkout was rude and asked “Did you report any of this during your stay?” When I explained it was late at night and we weren’t aware of all the issues until it was too late…her reply was “well I’m not the manager. You’ll only get your resort fee back.” No eye contact and short, rude answers. NEVER AGAIN!

It was a good budget property in a good location. The pictures on here are definitely not updated. I got a good deal on the room so I wasn’t upset about it not matching the pictures.

I found the doorman/security to be more helpful and friendlier than your front desk staff. The hotel is very strict about check-out and check-in. Front desk staff could benefit from additional customer service training.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, but it showed signs of wear and tear. The breakfast included in the price was very limited but adequate. The gym is so tiny, as is the business centre. I would have classified this hotel as a 3 star, and not a 4. However I felt safe, and the price was reasonable so I would consider staying here again.

Comfortable and great view

The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I was wary of some of the reviews. It’s not a new hotel but very clean which is a necessity for me. Front desk staff was super nice. Was able to leave bags after checking out waiting on flight later in the day. Will definitely stay again. Great view!

At checkout, hotel added a ‘facility fee’ of almost $45 per day for booking with Expedia. They called it a 3rd party booking fee - unknown until checkout. Not Expedia’s fault. An obvious add-on after booking. Our cost was almost $100 more than booked.
