I have to say Ronny is the best, very welcoming and attentive. Rachel was also amazing to interact with. The Asst. GM was also outstanding. I never got the name of the lady at front desk, but she was not as helpful as the others. It was still wonderful and majority of the staff is remarkable.

No breakfast, 1st room door did not lock, staff changed the room after my request, 2nd room had cockroaches, again requested a different room, third room had no hot water to shower- which was fixed. Asked to speak to a manager day two and 3, which could have been resolved, no regard or contact from them.reached out to the Hyatt yesterday via chat and offered me 10.0000 loyalty points and then 15.000. I think half of reimbursement would have been a better “we care about your stay” Disappointed, I thought all Hyatts had pride in their customer service and environment. And still no call from manager to apologize. They should be ashamed with their management.

Great room design, bathroom was super nice, and location near Bryant Park was excellent. Check-in was super quick and easy as well. My only complaint is that the hot water pressure in my sink wasn't working and the shower pressure could have been stronger (I was only staying one night or else I would have requested maintenance). Overall great hotel, will be returning on future business trips.

Leo at the front desk was great. The hotel is clean, modern and well lit. Only downside was the garbage bags left outside my room one night.
