This hotel has seen better days.

The hotel has seen better days needs a total remodel and make over. Everything in the room was very old, dilapidated, dirty or broken, no closet doors, no basic necessities like water bottles or toiletries. The cleaning staff could only do so much. Everything is very old, dilapidated, dirty or broken. I guess corporate greed has no bounds. I guess if people continue to book this hotel its ok to continue with the old, dilapidated, dirty or broken.

A/C. Wasn’t working properly And house keeping need to their work properly too . Was a lot of dust on the nightstand and lamps. There is no complimentary water. Refrigerator was dirty. No restaurant in the hotel . The room need to be updated. The only good thing is the location . I wouldn’t stay again

Location of this hotel was amazing. You're only a few steps away from Times Square, but it's off to the side so it's not in the thick of all the chaos either. Close to several subway stops, which made it super convenient. There's a 24-hr Walgreens right by the hotel which was very handy. The hotel itself was a bit dated, but that's not really a big deal for us. Everything was clean and in working condition. The room was actually a lot more spacious than we were expecting as hotels in NYC are usually a tight squeeze. The washroom was very spacious also. Not sure if all of the rooms have a fridge, but we were surprised to find that a mini fridge was already provided in our room. The hotel itself is quite big, so there were times where the elevators took a little longer than we would like. Not a big problem, but definitely something to keep in mind. I would most certainly recommend this hotel and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in the city.
