Riu Plaza Manhattan was the perfect location and exceeded expectations.. Room was very quiet,no street noise! Staff was very helpful. My fourth stay at this hotel,never disappoints.

Central location. Safe all hours to walk around. Hotel staff friendly, clean rooms and lobby area. Only issue is getting elevator during breakfast hours but took the emergency staircase so okay. Breakfast was a good range for all taste buds and kept us full till early dinner. Would stay again!

I was very pleased with my visit… the only issue I had was at the end when we were trying to get our things out in the lobby and your young gentleman was right behind my daughter telling her she needed to leave as she had a Dublin donuts cup in the lobby… I was not happy about that at all.. then he continued to follow us u til we left, even followed up outside… this was at 11:45 am

Over priced! Rooms were clean but tiny! We went from there on a cruise! Our penthouse cabin was bigger then our room at the hotel! No coffee in the room, no clear instructions for operating HVAC system, lobby was difficult to navigate! To small and to crowded.

This was our second time staying here. Great location and breakfast. The little store on the first floor near the lobby would give you as much ice as you need. They are super friendly and so are the rest of the staff. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.
