We stayed at the Refinery Hotel over Thanksgiving weekend and it was a busy place. Our check-in was 45 minutes later than promised due to housekeeping. The room was mostly quiet, except for equipment moves in a nearby service elevator during the middle of the night. Not terrible but also not great, especially given the high prices.

The staff at the Refinery go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. Special shot out to Luisa and Jessica at the front desk for being warm, welcoming and always ready to help. I'm so glad we stayed here!
