Tucked just steps from the energy of Times Square, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. The atmosphere is stylish and artistic, with thoughtful design touches that live up to the hotel’s name. Every detail felt intentional and uplifting—from the warm welcome at check-in to the sleek, comfortable rooms that made unwinding effortless. The staff were exceptional: professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel special. Whether you’re visiting for work or a creative recharge, The Muse truly lives up to its name as a source of inspiration in the heart of the city. From check in to check out, the staff is top notch - friendly, professional & accommodating. We requested more towels and they were delivered in minutes. The standard room is much larger than a typical city room and has a very large bathroom (with robes) as well. The decor is modern and has some cool details. The location is very safe and a half block off Times Square, so very convenient. There is a nice lounge/ bar off the lobby to relax after a long day. We were a family of 4 and would stay here again. I would stay without the kids too. This boutique property was a fantastic find!

The Muse is a complete rip-off. Grossly overpriced for terrible service. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I complained both at the facility and later in writing—no response. Instead, they posted a generic reply to my review that didn’t address a single concern. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs.

The property in good location to theaters. The room had a mold smell, most of the big furniture was broken or damaged, shower had some mold, lighting in bathroom is terrible, very little light. Staff was friendly and when I forgot something in the room after changing rooms they were nice enough to retrieve the item and hold it for me.
