Loved this hotel. Old worldly vibes, great staff, beautiful details. Excellent breakfast and coffee shop downstairs. Neighborhood can’t be beat. But the rooms are tiny. If you plan to do more than sleep in them, it could be challenging. I will be back!

Fabulous gem of a hotel. I was worried about the room size (based on other reviews) but so glad I booked anyway. The rooms are small - but they are perfectly appointed and the hotel has a lovely intimacy about it. The lounge downstairs is great if you are at the hotel in between activities, and the restaurant is great - whether for a civilised breakfast (in the restaurant, lounge or outside - up to you!) or a pre-dinner drink at the bar, this is a fabulous little hotel where you’ll feel right at home - a little oasis once you step inside. Have stayed in a lot of NY hotels from chains to boutiques and I loved my stay here most.

Great old hotel vibe. Careful if you get a petite room. It's the smallest room I have ever seen. Impossible for two people and not cheap.
