The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, with a very nice and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and attentive. The doormen were helpful and also very friendly. The reception desk people were kind and attentive. And you can’t beat the location if you want to visit all of the attractions that make Manhattan so much fun to visit (especially at. Christmas!).

Been here many times. Why ? Large standard king room, 450 sq ft & its location. Best in Manhattan for size of room, luxury for theatre & museums. One block to subway. Easy to Moynahan Hall/Penn. Very good restaurants near by.

Impeccable service from the minute you walk in to the hotel. Helped make a great stay even better. Hotel, itself, was comfortable and incredibly clean and well-appointed. The room was spacious (by NYC standards) and incredibly functional.

We stayed in Grand Suite. Large room. Huge bedroom. No view except for a brick wall. Large main washroom adjacent to bedroom, and another powder room in living room area. Couches in living room were not pull out couches as we assumed based on sleeping suggestion of up to four people in the suite. But hotel provided a free cot to add to living room. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Great location close to Times Square and theatres but not noisy. Self-parking was in a lot about 150 feet away.

First off, location is wonderful. We did have a few things have happen that I feel need to be said. When we arrived room was 1 hour late in being ready. We had to sit in lobby for them to finish getting it ready. If not for me asking every 15 min how much longer they would not have updated us. When we finally got to our room I was pleased it was so large. We stayed in the Grand Suite. That night I noticed that they placed the sheets on top of the comforter. I was concerned they didn’t make the bed from the previous guest. We had gotten a cheesecake from a deli nearby and needed something to eat it with. I called down and asked if they could send some up and they stated that they couldn’t get any us any till 5 when they restaurant opened. My husband walked down and the bar gave him some. They couldn’t do that I guess. We asked if we could have toothbrush because my daughter didn’t bring hers and we had to call twice as they didn’t bring one. We liked they had a bellman. Room was very noisy from the street if you stay in a Grand Suite.

We have stayed here many times and it is always a great experience! The staff is so friendly! The location is near quality restaurants and Broadway shows. The rooms are large and clean. We had room-service twice during this stay and the food was excellent! Overall we have not found a better value in NYC!
