There are few iconic hotels in New York City that can make you feel more welcomed than the Pierre from the moment we checked into the moment we checked out a smile greeted us at every turn. The food was delicious. Our room was spectacular. We could not ask for a better place to stay

This is the Grand Dame of NYC hotels. The best location possible opposite Central Park close to everything. The Staff we friendly and super friendly. All that said. When we arrived at 3:30 for a 3:00 Check-in our room was not ready. We had ordered a pot of coffee for a 7:00 AM delivery and it never showed up, for the second day we asked they put a “coffee setup” in our room but that never came. It took 4 requests to get a fridge to our room. The room was spacious and clean and the closet was bigger than many NYC apartments, the bathroom was very nice and well appointed. I would stay here again.

5 nights NYC

Stayed 5 nights. First the positive hotel is classic great location great neighborhood. Now things that keep me from giving great review. First I got to hotel at 2:10 PM and couldn’t check in before 3PM second on 3 of 5 nights a dog was barking 11PM and woke us up. At almost $700 a night I didn’t expect that. Finally the one day I needed the WiFi it wasn’t working. I called front desk and was I transferred to some help line where I was on hold and never got help.
